The MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone 4th Gen 36K BTU Three-Zone Ductless Mini Split with Ceiling Cassettes (9K + 12K + 18K) is an advanced, energy-efficient heating and cooling solution that offers easy DIY installation. Perfect for three rooms, the system includes three ceiling cassettes (9,000 BTU, 12,000 BTU, and 18,000 BTU) designed to discreetly blend into your space while providing powerful comfort.

The ceiling cassette units are low-profile and can be easily installed between all types of joists on a 16-inch center, including pre-manufactured I-joists. This flexibility makes it ideal for both new construction and retrofit projects. These units offer multiple operating modes and the Elevation function, which lowers the filter panel for easy air filter maintenance.

The system comes with Quick Connect® pre-charged line sets (R-410A refrigerant) and No-Vac® Coupler for a seamless connection. You'll need to select line set lengths for each zone, which will include the appropriate control wire length. The three air handlers—capable of covering 375 sq ft, 500 sq ft, and 750 sq ft respectively—allow for zoned heating and cooling without ductwork.
