Return & Refund Policy

At Freedom HVAC Supply, we proudly supply HVAC equipment, replacement parts, and tools from trusted brands like MRCOOL, Daikin, and Goodman to both the general public and industry professionals across the United States. While we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our return policy carefully.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Electronic components and control boards
  • Pre-charged line sets
  • Accessories from MRCOOL, Daikin, or Goodman — including but not limited to line sets, couplers, heat kits, downflow kits, line guards, brackets, and thermostats
  • Products that have been modified, installed, or are not in resalable condition
  • Items not in their original box or without sufficient packaging

📦 Return Requirements

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight or ground shipping.
  • Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns beyond this window.
  • Return Authorization: Email us at support@freedomhvacsupply.com with your order number to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Photos Required: Photos of the item(s) and packaging are required to approve a return request.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders canceled after processing are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • If your item has already shipped and you cancel or refuse delivery, it will be treated as a return and the applicable restocking and return shipping fees will apply.

🚚 Delivery Attempt Policy

Shipping includes one delivery attempt. If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, and the item is returned to us, restocking fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

📦 Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If damage is visible, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery.
  • All damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email support@freedomhvacsupply.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage to begin a claim.
  • Products that have been installed are not eligible for replacement due to shipping damage.
  • If the product is not significantly damaged and is accepted, you must still report any concealed damage within 24 hours.

🔧 Warranty Claims

Once a system has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return. However, all units include a manufacturer's warranty (MRCOOL, Daikin, or Goodman). Warranty coverage includes replacement parts and repair services as outlined by each manufacturer's policy.

🔄 Exchanges

Due to the complexity of HVAC systems and freight logistics, we do not process exchanges. If a new product is needed, a return (if eligible) must be initiated and a new order placed separately.

💵 Refunds

Refunds are issued only after returned products have been received, inspected, and restocked by our warehouse team. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. Restocking fees and shipping costs are not refundable.

📢 Final Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, seasonal flash sales) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

💲 Price Adjustments

All prices are final at the time of purchase. Freedom HVAC Supply cannot offer price adjustments or match future promotional pricing after your order has been placed.
