Freedom HVAC Supply

1. General
By purchasing products from Freedom HVAC Supply (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“the customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website or by phone.
2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, and availability at any time.

Full payment is required before an order will be shipped.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment; however, cancellations are subject to an 18% processing and restocking fee.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide across the lower 48 United States.

LTL Freight Deliveries:
-
Freight deliveries include one (1) delivery attempt.

Customers must be available at the scheduled delivery time. Missed deliveries may result in redelivery fees, storage charges, or return-to-shipper costs — all of which are the customer’s responsibility.

Liftgate service is included when applicable.

Small Parcel Deliveries (UPS/FedEx):
-
Standard ground delivery will apply. Tracking will be provided when available.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
4. Inspection & Damage Claims
-
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments at the time of delivery.
-
Visible (Non-Concealed) Damage: Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Freedom HVAC Supply within 24 business hours.

Concealed Damage: Must be reported within 24 business hours of discovery, with photos of both the packaging and the product.
-
Failure to document or report damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of claims.
5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact support@freedomhvacsupply.com to request a return authorization (RMA).

Returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee.

Products must be:

New, unused, and in their original packaging.
-
Shipped back on the original pallet (if delivered by LTL).
-

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Items shipped via ground that are opened, installed, or used are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Control boards

Electrical parts
-
Pre-charged line sets
-
Opened or installed equipment
-
Special-order or customized products
-
Clearance or scratch-and-dent items
-
Ground-shipped units that have been used
6. Warranty

Most products sold by Freedom HVAC Supply include a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please consult the product documentation or contact the manufacturer directly.

Freedom HVAC Supply does not provide labor, installation, or service warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability

Freedom HVAC Supply is not responsible for:

Installation errors or costs.
-
Misuse, improper handling, or lack of maintenance of products.

Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use products.

Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
