Shipping Policy

At Freedom HVAC Supply, we strive to offer fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for every order. We occasionally offer Free Shipping on HVAC systems and select items shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or LTL carriers.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates and may vary based on warehouse processing times and courier schedules.
  • All shipments include one delivery attempt. Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur courier-assessed fees.
  • Once an order is staged or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

🏗️ Large HVAC Systems (LTL Freight)

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for delivery.
  • If you are unavailable during the delivery window, the courier may charge storage fees (typically $25–$100/day), or return the shipment to us, which will be treated as a return with restocking fees.
  • Requests for delayed delivery or special services (e.g., inside delivery) may incur additional fees charged by the carrier, payable by the customer.
  • Refused deliveries without valid reason will be treated as returns, subject to a restocking fee.

📦 Small Items (FedEx, UPS, or Similar)

  • Shipped via FedEx Ground or equivalent service.
  • Signature is not required; the item will be left at or near your door if deemed safe by the courier.

📬 Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided by email within 1–2 business days after order processing.
  • FedEx/UPS shipments may take 2–4 business days to appear in tracking systems.
  • LTL Freight shipments may take 3–5 business days after processing to display tracking information.

📦 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Any remote islands outside the continental USA

🔧 Damaged Deliveries

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If you accept delivery and later discover damage, email us within 24 hours at Matt@mrcooldiydirect.com with your order number and clear photos.
  • Damage claims filed after 24 hours may be denied.
  • Write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt, even if damage is minor.
  • Installed items cannot be replaced or repaired under freight damage claims.
  • Missing parts? Contact us right away — we’ll ship replacements free of charge.
