Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

  • We ship nationwide across the lower 48 United States.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.


2. Freight (LTL) Deliveries

Many HVAC systems and larger products ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Please note the following:

  • Delivery Appointments

    • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

    • Customers must provide a valid phone number at checkout.

  • Delivery Attempts

    • Freight deliveries include one (1) delivery attempt.

    • Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees, storage charges, or the order being returned to shipper — these costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Liftgate Service

    • Liftgate service is included when applicable. Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-access locations.

  • Inspection at Delivery

    • Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

    • Any visible damage must be noted on the bill of lading and reported within 24 business hours.

    • Concealed damage must be reported within 24 business hours of discovery with photos of the product and packaging.


3. Small Parcel Deliveries (UPS/FedEx)

  • Smaller items, accessories, and parts typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once shipped.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary by product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Some products include free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Any additional services requested by the customer (inside delivery, re-delivery, storage, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

  • Customers should track their shipments and ensure they are available to receive delivery.


6. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled or changed before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return and are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy (including restocking fees).


7. Delivery Locations

  • We ship to physical addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48).

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
