MRCOOL DIY Couplers and Control Wire Kit for Line Set Extension
This kit includes only the necessary Couplers and Control Wire to extend your MRCOOL line set for longer installations. Please note that you will need to purchase an additional pre-filled line set separately to extend the refrigerant lines.
When your installation requires more length than a standard MRCOOL DIY® QUICK CONNECT® LINE SET, you can combine two standard line sets using this DIY® Coupler Kit. The couplers enable you to seamlessly extend the line sets to meet your installation needs.

- Coupler Extension Solution: Designed to connect two pre-charged line sets to extend the total line length, ensuring compatibility with MRCOOL DIY systems.
- Control Wire Included: The kit comes with 75 feet of MC5 Pro Cable, providing a continuous and reliable electrical connection between your indoor and outdoor units.
- Easy Installation: Simply disconnect the existing 25-foot cable or wire from your indoor unit and replace it with the 75-foot Pro Cable included in this kit.
Important Notes:
- Pre-Filled Line Set Required: This kit includes only the couplers and control wire. To extend your refrigerant lines, you will need to purchase an additional pre-filled line set (available in 25' and 50' lengths).
- Maximum Length: The total length for any MRCOOL multi-zone system must not exceed 75 feet per zone to ensure optimal performance.
