This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat three different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, three Remotes, and three 16 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! This System includes enhanced Wi-Fi engineering to make setup not only quick and easy, but the MRCOOL DIY Multi is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without requiring specialized tools or expensive equipment.

Condenser
- Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.

- Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
- Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
- Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.
Line Set 16 ft., Quantity 3
- This 16 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.
- Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
- DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money!
Additional Line Sets & Coupler
If you find the default line set lengths are not sufficient for your application, additional line sets are available for purchase. You will also need a coupler kit, which will allow two standard line sets to be connected together.
