The RectorSeal Fortress® 4.5" Duct (LD122 – Gray) is designed for long, straight exterior runs in mini split and HVAC lineset cover installations. At 7.5 feet in length, this duct section reduces the need for additional couplers compared to shorter competitor pieces, allowing for cleaner, more efficient installs.
Part of the Fortress Lineset Cover System, this duct is fully compatible with MRCOOL Line Guard kits and other LD122 (4.5") lineset cover components. It conceals and protects refrigerant lines, drain hoses, and communication wiring from UV exposure, weather damage, and impact while delivering a professional, finished appearance.
Constructed from heavy-duty, UV-stabilized and fire-resistant PVC, Fortress ducting is tested to over 2,000 hours of UV resistance and performs in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 140°F. The gray finish blends well with modern residential and commercial exteriors and can be painted to match surrounding surfaces.
Ideal for MRCOOL DIY mini splits, heat pumps, and other ductless HVAC systems requiring clean exterior line concealment.
